A qualified nurse with two advanced degrees in critical care, Cindy has published academic work on improving hospital throughput and change management across local health economies. Cindy’s facilitative approach is underpinned by her executive coaching experience and by strong interpersonal skills. She motivates people easily and ensures a fresh perspective from substantial NHS and international experience. Cindy has excellent diagnostic skills, which enables her to quickly understand people, culture, systems and processes, and to identify and implement opportunities for collaborative and partnership working. In her spare time, Cindy explored a new industry to unleash her corporate back ground in combination with key skills such as interpersonal efficacy, negotiation skills and focus on cost control, with great success. Her property journey quickly turned into more than a hobby with now an established property portfolio and large developments primarily in the North West of England. With the strong professionalism of a multinational background (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and the heart of a local provider, she is bringing you a high quality service that is hard to beat. She has the full responsibility to ensure our contracts uphold the quality standard of delivery overall by ensuring projects and advice are delivered in accordance with the specification, within budget, and within the required time scales.

In order to ensure the company is achieving maximum levels of total customer satisfaction, the company’s performance is regularly evaluated and monitored by the MD. All improvement activities are implemented and reflect the overall objectives relating to the wider business plan. For each individual assignment, we will ensure that the appropriate level of insurance cover is in place once the contract has been signed with the customer. We will equally make certain that we conform with the appropriate national and international standards for your industry throughout the provision of our services to you and our collaboration overall.

If you provide any of your own pre-existing intellectual property as part of a Contract you hereby grant us a license to use such intellectual property for the purpose for which it was provided.
